as part of a semester project on tile design, a wall object was created that serves as a storage place for jewellery. It transforms the jewellery itself into a decorative element in the room. with its distinctive shape – heart-shaped bract and phallic spadix – the anthurium symbolises love, seduction and sensuality. At the same time, its characteristic structure gives it an otherworldly appearance that is particularly fascinating. In order to capture the complex structure of the plant in porcelain, a multi-part mould was created.
